Refund Policy

Our Promise

We want you to love PixToCode. If our plugin doesn't work for you within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we'll give you a full refund. Fair and simple.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial paid subscription purchase. This applies to:

  • Your first Pro plan subscription
  • Your first Power plan subscription
  • Your first Team plan subscription
  • Upgrades from Free Trial to a paid plan (first 7 days of the paid plan)

2. What is NOT Refundable

  • Renewal payments after the first month are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
  • Repeat subscriptions — if you subscribed, canceled, and then resubscribed, only your first subscription is eligible for a refund.
  • Accounts that have used more than 30% of their monthly generation quota are not eligible for a full refund. We may offer a pro-rated partial refund at our discretion.
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Team plan seat-tier changes. Upgrading or downgrading between 5–10 seats is not a new subscription and does not reset the 7-day refund window. Prorated charges for upgrades and credits for downgrades are governed by Lemon Squeezy's billing rules.
  • Refund requests outside the 7-day window, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

3. Refund Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be part of a pattern of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Multiple refund requests from the same customer
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit free trials or refund policies
  • Usage patterns indicating automated or bot activity
  • Completing most of your monthly quota before requesting a refund
  • Requesting a refund after using the generated code for commercial purposes

If we detect abuse, we may suspend your account and deny future refunds, without affecting your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@pixtocode.com with:

  • The email address on your account
  • Your order reference (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional but helps us improve)

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. The refunded amount will appear on the original payment card or payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 5-10 business days to appear in your statement.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation stops future charges. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your PixToCode dashboard, via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal link surfaced there, or by emailing support. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription expires and access is revoked. Cancellation by itself does not refund the current cycle.

Refund returns money for the current period AND cancels the subscription. Only available within the 7-day window described in section 1.

Team plan note.Cancelling the Team subscription keeps all members' plugin access alive until the end of the current paid cycle. Scheduling a seat-count downgrade does not cancel the subscription — the new lower tier takes effect at the next renewal, not retroactively.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. This Refund Policy is designed to meet or exceed those requirements. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
